TRANSITION

We are currently in a season of transition following the departure of our Lead Pastor, Greg Clark, in November 2025. The Board of Elders has invited Andy Wiebe to serve as Transitional Lead Pastor from April 2026 to June 2027, helping guide our church through a thoughtful and prayerful transition process.

Overview

This season is an opportunity to listen carefully to Jesus and discern His direction for our future. Throughout this process, there will be intentional opportunities for congregational engagement and feedback.

We believe this transition requires a deep commitment to prayer and listening to Jesus from all of us – elders, staff and congregation alike.

Stages of Transition

As of May 2026, we are currently in Phase One

Phase One: Remember and Celebrate

We will remember and celebrate the history of the church to clarify what we are building our future on as a church

Phase Two: Assess Present Reality

We will take an honest look at the present realities of Beaverlodge Alliance Church. These realities involve our strengths, challenges and where we sense God at work right now.

Phase Three: Clarify Vision and Strategy

Together, we will begin to dream and articulate who God is calling Beaverlodge Alliance to be over the next 5-10 years

Phase Four: Determine Our Pastoral Needs

We will identify what kind of pastor God is saying is needed for Beaverlodge Alliance Church for the next 5-10 years.

Phase Five: Search and Prepare for a New Pastor

We will work though the process of searching for a new pastor.
