Overview
This season is an opportunity to listen carefully to Jesus and discern His direction for our future. Throughout this process, there will be intentional opportunities for congregational engagement and feedback.
We believe this transition requires a deep commitment to prayer and listening to Jesus from all of us – elders, staff and congregation alike.
Stages of Transition
As of May 2026, we are currently in Phase One.
May 31st - The Transition Team and Transition Prayer Team have been established
We will remember and celebrate the history of the church to clarify what we are building our future on as a church.
Main Goal: History Wall
We will take an honest look at the present realities of Beaverlodge Alliance Church. These realities involve our strengths, challenges and where we sense God at work right now.
Main Goal: Health and Vision Survey
Together, we will begin to dream and articulate who God is calling Beaverlodge Alliance to be over the next 5-10 years.
Main Goal: Listening to God to hear from Him about His desired future for the chuch
We will identify what kind of pastor God is saying is needed for Beaverlodge Alliance Church for the next 5-10 years.
Main Goals: Determine a church profile and pastoral profile
We will determine what kind of pastor God is saying is needed for Beaverlodge Alliance Church for the next 5-10 years
Main Goal: Develop the beginning of a Strategic Plan from Vision
The Search Committee and Board of Elders will work through the process of searching for a new pastor
